Okay, it’s opening night at the world famous Palm Springs Shortfest… and the The Pick Up is on the big screen. We couldn’t have asked for a better slate than opening night in a sold out theater, plus a second screening in the Comedy Slate (also sold out). The audience response was wonderful. The entire festival was wonderful. Palm Springs Shortfest is a festival every short film maker must attend. The organization is truly a class act — treating filmmakers like superstars. Practically every venue had a packed out. The audiences were smart and lovers of films. Thank you to all the people involved with Shortfest and the city of Palm Springs. We can’t wait to be back next year!!
