In addition to directing and writing, Isa has been a critically acclaimed actor for almost two decades. He has performed on stages throughout the world from multi-character roles in the OBIE Award winning play Seeing Double, to being directed twice by Milton Katselas in two original plays. He also starred in the Emmy Award winning HBO mini-series From the Earth to the Moon, portraying real life NASA geologist Farouk El-Baz.
